All of our talent are experienced seasoned professionals and bring the latest knowledge, techniques, products and trends to you on your wedding day. They are accustomed to working and adapting in high pressure situations so can easily change things up according to what may be required on the day.

At TFM we understanding looking your best is important but we value equally that you will feel your best. All of our talent have passed the good human test. In other words they are lovely people that have got you and your loved ones as their number one priority. The energy in the room is so important to get you feeling ready and confident to walk down the isle. All of our talent take the responsibility of setting the tone for your day as seriously as their craft.

Yes. We recommend having a trial before confirming the booking if you’re unsure about whom to work with. Just note that your wedding day is not booked in with the talent until a deposit payment has been received.

We find trials to be useful to test products and the hair and/or makeup look before the wedding day but they are not compulsory. If you prefer not to have a trial or simply can’t make time to have a trial we simply organise a time to discuss the look you want so you feel confident before the day.

Yes. Travel fees are worked out based on how long it will take the talent to get to your venue. Travel fees cover the talents time to travel. If the talent are travelling where travel expenses are incurred these will be quoted separately for your consideration. Travel expenses cover any costs incurred to travel to your destination like flights, accommodation and transfers.

We like to allocate at least 1hr for makeup and any where from 30-60min for hair styling depending on the style, length and density of hair. Please include as much detail as possible in your enquiry about the looks required and your booker will suggest a schedule.

All of our talent set their own prices so quotes will vary from talent to talent based on their level of skill and expertise. As a guide a hair or makeup service starts from $185AUD per person, or $370AUD for hair & makeup per person. Talent tend to have a minimum call out of at least 4 services + travel fee. International and destination weddings are quoted on a day rate as opposed to a per person rate. Photography pricing starts at $6600AUD for an 8hr package.

Our talent are all unique and so are their kits. The thing to know is that they all use premium products (think Georgio Armarni, Chanel, YSL Beauty, Fenty Beauty, Hourglass, Urban Decay, BECCA, Clinique, Charlotte Tilbury, KKW Beauty, NARS, Westman Atelier, RMS, Kevyn Aucoin, Illia, Stila and MAC) and select what’s best to use in consultation based on your skin type and complexion. They literally have a suitcase of options to ensure all bases are covered. However, if there’s a particular brand or product that you love to use let us know and we’ll make sure they have it.
