Talented, creative and motivated, Lei Tai’s makeup career spans across 9 years with experience within industries such as fashion, advertising, celebrities, editorial, TVC’s and bridal.
After years of training with some of Australia’s top Makeup Artists, Lei has gained a knack for tried and true, classic techniques and the ability to use her diverse skills to create modern, timeless looks. Using only the highest quality products she is able to achieve luxurious complexions and flawless features.
Her continued success comes though listening to each of her client’s individual needs and carefully designing makeups that enhance the face’s natural beauty. Lei’s work has graced the pages of countless magazines including: Marie Claire, Oyster, Yen, Catalogue, Shop Till you Drop, Sunday Life, Good weekender and Cosmopolitan. Her clients include the likes of General Pants, The Iconic, Sony, Universal Music, Satchi and Satchi, Priceline, ASOS, RVCA, Seduce, Rollas, Blessed are the Meek, Cooper St, Kaliver, Mikoh, West 14th and Celeste Tesoriero to name a few.
In addition to her busy shooting schedule, Lei also keeps up with the current trends as a senior makeup artist on both the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival and Sydney Fashion Weeks. She brings this wealth of knowledge and passion with her to each bridal trial and wedding day looks which ensures client expectations are surpassed.
