The TFM experience was seamless... so professional and helpful.

Courtney and her now husband David wanted an intimate wedding with their nearest and dearest. Settling on the simple elegance of beach side boutique hotel and restaurant Rae’s on Wategos ensured guests enjoyed good food and wine while having a great time. “We have always loved Byron Bay and have been to Rae’s for lunch several times so the decision on the location for our wedding was made easy.” says Courtney, who remarks that the highlight of her day was the very first moment she saw her husband to be as she walked down the aisle.

Courtney worked with TFM darling Phoebe Barrett. “When I met Phoebe for my hair and make-up trial I immediately felt confident that she understood my vision and was going to be wonderful to work with. Phoebe felt like a friend and I left the trial knowing that she was going to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day.” says Courtney.

A chic and relaxed up-style complemented her elegant Toni Maticevski gown and ‘something blue’ Oscar de la Renta earrings. “I love Maticevski’s silhouettes and the simplicity of his gowns,” Says Courtney. “I don’t have pierced ears so loved that Oscar de la Renta have such a beautiful selection of clip earrings.”

Courtney’s top tip for TFM brides to be is to take breaks from wedding planning. “It can be exhausting having months of working through a never-ending to-do list.”
